Salad Arab
This condiment, similar to the traditional Greek salad, is a great accompaniment to any meal.
Drizzle the diced vegetables with olive oil and toss until they are evenly coated with oil. Season with salt, pepper and enough lemon juice to give a tangy dimension to the dressing. Serves 6 to 8 as a condiment. By Jeff Hollinger, special to the San Francisco Chronicle, November 20, 2002
