Pumpkin Dessert

- 2 lb pumpkin
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Wash, peel and cut pumpkin in small cubes appr. 2". Place them in a
baking pan. Sprinkle sugar evenly over pumpkin cubes. Pour 1/2 cup water into
the pan. Cover the top and bake at 350°F until pumpkins are tender.
Remove the cover and bake another 15 minutes. Remove pan from oven and let it
cool. Place pumpkin cubes in dessert plates and decorate tops with chopped
walnuts. Keep it in refrigerator.
It is for eight servings.
