Coriander in Yogurt (Kuzbara bi-Laban)

In Palestine and Jordan, when a roast lamb is served, a dish of kuzbara bi-laban is always served as a side-dish. This simple, delightful dish adds a delicate touch to the famous roast lamb.
4 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt
1 quart yogurt
1 bunch fresh coriander leaves(cilantro) thoroughly washed and finely chopped
Thoroughly mix the garlic, salt, and yogurt and stir until smooth; then add the coriander and stir. Chill and serve.

Serves 6 to 8.
