Salata Khadra
(Green Salad)

- 6 cucumbers
- 4 tomatoes
- 1/2 bundle fresh parsley
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Salt
Wash the cucumbers. Peel and slice crosswise. Wash and chop
the tomatoes. Wash and chop the parsley. Add to the tomatoes and
cucumbers. Add the lemon juice and pepper. Salt to taste. Can be
served as a side with most dishes. Serves: 2-4.
