Stuffed Kadayif
1/2 lb kadayif
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 cups sugar
2 ½ cups water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 eggs
Frying oil
First prepare sugar syrup. Put sugar, water and lemon juice in a pan, boil and set aside to cool. Take pieces from kadayif and make 6" by 6" flat squares with your hands. They are not supposed to be thick.

Place some walnuts on one side and roll them. Squeeze in your hand to tighten them. Heat frying oil.

Beat eggs with a fork. Dip stuffed kadayifs in eggs, deep fry and place in sugar syrup for 10 minutes. Place in a plate and serve warm.

It is for 6 servings.
