Feta Cheese Dip
You need good feta cheese for this. Serve with pita bread to dip in.

- 1/2 pound feta cheese
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
With a fork, crush the feta cheese and mash with the lemon juice and the vegetable and olive oils until smooth.
Serves 6.
