Feta Salad

- 1 bunch watercress, chopped
- 6 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cucumbers, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/4 pound feta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (or to taste)
- 1 bunch parsley
Combine the watercress, tomatoes, cucumbers and onion in a bowl.
Mix together the feta, oil, and parsley. Sprinkle this mixture over the salad.
