Celery Soup
2 pieces of celery
4 pieces of carrot
6 glasses of meatwater
2 teaspoons of salt
1 onion
3 spoons of flavour
3 spoons of margarine
Water
After peeling the celery and the carrots cut them into thin pieces and clean with cold water.

Melt the three spoons of margarine. Add the onion that you have cut into tiny pieces. Then add the celery and carrots and fry them all together for 10 minutes. Afterwards add the flavour and boil for 40 minutes. It's now ready for the service.

Serves 4.
