Saudi Baharat

- 1/3 cup Black pepper (freshly ground is best)
- 1/4 cup Ground coriander
- 1/4 (scant) cup Cinnamon
- 1/4 (scant) cup Ground cloves
- 1/3 cup Ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons Ground cardamom
- 1/4 cup Ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup Paprika (or cayenne, depending on taste)
- 1/3 cup Curry powder
- 1/4 cup dried limes, ground (loomi)
Mix all ingredients : Store in a tightly sealed glass jar.
Makes about 2 cups.
