Avocado Salad
Palestine and Jordan

- 1 large avocado, cubed into small pieces
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 small hot pepper, very finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Toss all the ingredients together in a salad bowl just before serving.
Serves 4.
