Afghan Green Hot Sauce
This is excellent with rice, and for me, just about everything else. Mix it
with sour cream for a different consistency and flavor.

- 13 jalepenos, seeded and stemmed (careful - use gloves!)
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 tsp salt or more, if you like
- 2 or 3 cloves of garlic
- Juice of 2 lemons
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until desired
consistency. And remember, save it for after the masjid!
